Program Title: Strengthening Teacher Skills in Innovative Research Management Through Project Firm (Frontrunners on Innovative Research)
Target Participants: Proficient Teachers (Teacher I-III) across learning areas who have completed the first three courses of the Induction Program for Beginning Teachers
Target Professional Standards: PPST 1.2.1, 1.2.2, 1.2.3, 7.4.1
Active Learning Hours: 34 hours and 30 minutes
By the end of the professional development program, participants will develop research initiatives at the school level to further promote and strengthen the culture of research in basic education, which will enhance learning outcomes.
Specifically, the participants shall be able to:

explain the guidelines and policies on research management;

discuss the different parts of action research proposals; and

propose action research initiatives to enhance instructional practices.
