Amendment to DepED Order No. 49, s. 2005 (2004 and 2005 Tables and Chairs/Armchairs, Procurement Program)

  1. Item No. 4 of DepED Order No. 49, s. 2005 entitled “2004 and 2005 Tables and Chairs/Armchairs Procurement Program, is hereby amended as follows:4. “The Bidder has the option to choose the materials following the DepED standard dimensions, designs and specifications. For the October 2005 Furniture Procurement (Bid Opening), this Department is not ready to accept plastic furniture pending a review of acceptable technical specifications which will be undertaken with the Bureau of Product Standards of Department of Trade and industry (DTI). Once determined, DepED will consider plastic furniture for future procurements.
  2. Immediate dissemination of and compliance with this Order is directed.
