- The National Committee for Liaison with SEAMEO Regional Language Centre (RELC) in the Philippines is hereby reconstituted as follows:

Prof. Edna F. Formilleza (Assistant Secretary) – Chairman
Dr. Avelina T. Llagas (Director, BSE) – Vice Chairman and Member for Training
Dr. Emma S. Castillo (Professor II, PNC) – Member for Research and Development
Dr. Carollina S. Guerrero (Supervising Education Program Specialist Sop. Ed., BSE) – Member for Seminars
Miss Perla T. Garcia (Director, DLSU Library) – Member for Library and Information Center
Dr. Alicia O. Tan (Asst. Director, BHE) – Member for Publications
Mrs. Adelina O. Orbe, Mrs. Lourdes Ylagon – Executive Secretary and Coordinator - The member of the Committee will have their specific responsibilities and areas of liaison work as provided by guidelines set by the Center. In this connection, they shall have access to the resources of the offices and entities under this Department.
- It is desired that the committee be accorded all needed cooperation and assistance.
- This Order shall take effect immediately.
