- Cognizant of the importance of the SRA and HES in addressing social inequities in Filipino society and of achieving a just and lasting peace, there is a need to integrate the concepts of Social Reform Agenda (SRA) and enhance the lessons in Human and Ecological Security in both elementary and secondary schools curricula.
- Social Reform Agenda (SRA) shall be integrated in Heograpiya, Kultura and Sibika I-IV and Edukasyong Pantahanan at Pangkabuhayan (EPP) IV-VI in the elementary level and Araling Panlipunan I-IV in the secondary level. Enrichment lessons for environmental education shall be provided in all grade/year levels inasmuch as it is already part of the present Minimum Learning Competencies (MLC) and Desired Learning Competencies (DLC) for Science subjects, Araling Panlipunan in all grade/year levels.
- A Primer on the Social Reform Agenda for students teachers is attached to serve as reference material and guide.
- Immediate dissemination of and compliance with this Order is desired.
