- For the information and guidance of all concerned, inclosed is a copy of Memorandum Circular No. 115 dated April 24, 1990 giving authority to all department, bureaus, offices, and agencies to approve increases by not more than ten percent (10%) their fees and charges for services required by law to be rendered for a fee, subject to certain exceptions.
- It is desired that this Order be widely disseminated.
