1. To ensure the smooth and effective implementation of the In-service Training (INSET) component under the Third Elementary Education Project, the National INSET Coordinating Team is hereby created.
2. The National INSET Coordinating Team shall be composed of the following:

Members – Director, NEAP
Members – Director, NEAP
Chief, Staff Development Division – HRDS
Chief, Staff Development Division – BSE
Chief, Staff Development Division – BEE
Chief, Curriculum Development Division – BEE
Chief, Special Education Division – BEE
Head, CPISC-INSET
Chief, Staff Development Division – BEE
Chief, Curriculum Development Division – BEE
Chief, Special Education Division – BEE
Head, CPISC-INSET
3. The National INSET Coordinating Team (NICT) shall be responsible for advising the TEEP Project Management on the overall framework of INSET and conduct of INSET activities in the field.
4. The Chairperson, and other members of the team shall be paid honoraria, where appropriate, in accordance with the National Compensation Circular No. 75 dated 01 March 1995 except those members who are receiving honoraria from the other component of the Project.
5. The identified members of the National INSET Coordinating learn are hereby directed to assist the implementation of JNSET activities of the Third Elementary Education Project.
6. Immediate dissemination of this Order to all concerned is directed.
