Arrangement of Different New Elementary School Curriculum Learning Areas in School Forms

- To effect uniformity in the translation of the different learning areas in the New Elementary School Curriculum (NESC) and their entry in all school forms, the following listing categorized by grade levels is hereby suggested:
- Grades I and II
(1) English
(2) Mathematics
(3) Pilipino
(4) Sibika at Kultura - Grade III
(1) English
(2) Mathematics
(3) Science and Health
(4) Mga Sining at Edukasyon sa Pagpapalakas ng Katawan (SEP) (Arts and P.E.)
(5) Pilipino - Grade IV-VI
(1) English
(2) Mathematics
(3) Science and Health
(4) Edukasyon Pantahanan at Pangkabuhayan
(EPP) (Home Economics and Livelihood Education)
(5) Heograpiya/Kasaysayan/Sibika (Geography/History/Civics)
(6) Mga Sining at Edukasyon sa Pagpapalakas ng Katawan (SEP)
(7) Pilipino
Character Building Activities (Mga Gawain sa Pagpapabuti ng Ugali).
- Grades I and II
- Character Building Activities is separated and placed at the end of the listing. If English is used as medium of instruction, the English title is retained, otherwise its Pilipino translation (Mga Gawain sa Pagpapabuti ng Ugali) is used.
- It is desired that this Order be brought to the attention of all concerned.
