Disposition of the 1995 National Elementary Assessment Test (NEAT) and the National Secondary Assessment Test (NSAT) Materials

- To reduce problems encountered in the retrieval of test materials, relative to the administration of the 1995 National Elementary Assessment Test (NEAT) and the National Secondary Assessment Test (NSAT), NETRC representatives shall collect only the Answer Sheets (AS) after the tests. The used AS shall be placed inside the Examiners Transmittal Report Envelopes (ETREs) while the unused AS, in the Chief Examiners transmittal Report Envelopes (CETREs) with their corresponding contents as indicated therein.
- The test booklets shall be given to each examinee immediately after the tests.
- All previous issuances pertaining to the disposition of NEAT and NSAT test booklets after the tests including those contained in the Examiners Handbook, are hereby rescinded.
- Immediate and wide dissemination of this Order is desired for the information, guidance and strict compliance of all concerned.
