1. In view of the creation of the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) which absorbed and replaced the Bureau of Technical and Vocational Education (BTVE), the management of 60% of the Private Education Student Financial Assistance (PESFA) Fund as part of the Government Assistance to Students and Teachers in Private Education (GASTPE) funds allocated annually to the non-degree (technical and vocational) sector in private education is transferred from the Regional Higher Education Division to the Regional Technical and Vocational Education Division (TVED) and from the defunct Bureau of Higher Education to the BTVE-TESDA, effective June 5.
2. For this purpose, all concerned entities, as enumerated above, shall coordinate to the proper turn-over and immediate transfer of disposition to those concerned. Subsequently, the administration of the PESFA effective SY 1995-1996 shall follow the guidelines issued to cover the revised responsibilities.
3. All previous issuances, inconsistent with the contents of this Order are hereby rescinded.
4. Strict compliance with this Order by all concerned is directed.
