1. Reproduced hereunder is Civil Service Commission Memorandum Circular No. 08, s. 1995, amending, pursuant to CSC Resolution No. 95-2739 dated April 11, 1995, Section 12, Rule XVI of the Omnibus Rules Implementing Book V of the Administrative Code of 1987 which is self-explanatory:
   “Married women in the government service who have rendered an aggregate of two or more years of service, shall, in addition to the vacation and sick leave granted to them, be entitled to maternity leave of 60 days with full pay.”
