Program Title: Division Training on Pedagogy for Non-English Major Senior High School Teachers
Target Participants:
-
A minimum of one year of teaching experience in the SHS
-
Career Stage 2 non-English major teachers (TI, TII, TIII) teaching English-related subjects in the Senior High School
-
Physically fit and willing to actively participate in all aspects of the training program, including workshops, interactive sessions, and collaborative activities
Target Professional Standards: PPST 1.1.2, 1.4.2, 1.5.2, 3.1.2, 4.1.2, 4.2.2, 4.5.2
Active Learning Hours: 16 hours and 25 minutes
At the end of the program, participants will be able to develop, adapt, and apply effective pedagogies and facilitation skills tailored in teaching Araling Panlipunan, Science, Math, EPP/TLE, and Kinder to meet the individual needs of their students.
Specifically, the participants will be able to:

Knowledge: Name the different principles, concepts, teaching pedagogies and facilitation skills needed in teaching Araling Panlipunan, Science, Mathematics, EPP/TLE, and Kinder to meet the individual needs of their students.

Skills: Demonstrate teaching-learning pedagogies, and facilitation approaches applicable in teaching Araling Panlipunan, Science, Math, EPP/TLE, and Kinder to meet the individual needs of their students.

Attitude: Manifest commitment to fostering a learning environment that develops the learners’ holistic domains in the different learning areas.
