Program Title: Capability Enhancement Training on Innovative Leadership and Management for School Leaders
Target Participants: School Heads
Target Professional Standards: PPSSH – All domains/ strands/ indicators for Career Stage 1
Active Learning Hours: 21 hours and 30 minutes
By the end of the PD program, the participants will be able to develop different plans pertinent in leading and managing the schools effectively.
With the inputs and workshops during the five-day training program, the participants will be able to:

analyze the unique challenges and opportunities faced by the school heads in the context of the ‘new normal,
-
explain the strategic leadership principles outlined in the Philippine PPSSH relevant in visioning, planning, experimenting , and monitoring strategies to achieve educational goals
-
analyze the different principles embedded in leading school strategically
-
develop a research action plan to address educational/institutional challenges
-
analyze the different principles and DepEd Orders and Memoranda relevant to managing school operations and resources
-
develop an action plan to improve competency in one specific strand of Domain 3
-
develop an action plan addressing the identified challenges as instructional leaders
-
develop a school-based contextualization technical assistance plan to help each other
-
analyze the features of the MATATAG Curriculum
-
develop a technical assistance plan on assessment of learning
-
develop an individual development plan for continuing personal and professional growth and development in consonance to high-impact leadership
-
develop a LAC Implementation Plan aligned with the desired learning outcomes
-
develop an action plan for the conduct of PRIMALS through LAC
-
develop an action plan to address the identified gap in establishing partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
-
accomplish a Theory of Change Template in line with the provisions of BEMEF
-
create a Workplace Implementation Plan to be implemented within is (6) months
