An investigation is ongoing to find the cause of the suspension, so that a similar situation may be prevented in the future.

Further, options are being explored by this office so that the Department may continue to follow Administrative Order Number 34, series of 2022, Government Procurement Policy Board Resolution Number 04-2021, and Sections 4.3 and 6.3, Appendix 33, Implementing Rules and Regulation of Republic Act Number 9184.
