1. Inclosed, for the information and guidance of the field, is a copy of the Implementing Rules and Regulations for the General Elections of the Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) and Officers of the Federasyon ng mga Sangguniang Kabataan at all levels.
2. These elections to be held on September 30, 1992 require our teachers to serve as chairman of the Board of Election Tellers.
3. Strict and immediate compliance with this Order by all school officials and teachers concerned is desired.
