1. In line with the policy of this Office to link career advancement with specialized training, and provide incentives therefore, the graduates of Batches 1 and 2 of the Advanced Management Development Program (AMDP) of the National Educators Academy of the Philippines who graduated on June 27, 1992 are hereby granted a one-step salary increase effective July 1, 1992 under the merit increase scheme provided under Joint Civil Service Commission – Department of Budget and Management Circular No. 1, s. 1990.
2. Immediate dissemination of this Order is desired for the information and guidance of all concerned.
