  1. Inclosed is a copy of a letter from Executive Secretary Franklin M. Drilon dated May 18, 1992, exempting this Office from the provisions of Section 4(b) of Administrative Order No. 265 dated January 31, 1992, which limits the filling of 25% of vacant positions.
  2. Henceforth, filling of all vacant positions denoted as coterminous may now be authorized, subject to Service Rules and Regulations and the usual account auditing rules and regulations.
  3. Immediate and wide dissemination of this Order is desired.
