Holding In Abeyance Of DepEd Order No. 5, S. 2008 (Dissemination of the Code of Signing Authorities on Administrative and Financial Matters to Central and Field Offices)

- For the information and guidance of all concerned, the implementation of the DepED Order No. 5, s. 2008 entitled, “Dissemination of the Code of Signing Authorities on Administrative and Financial Matters to Central and Field Offices ” heretofore held in abeyance until such time that inputs from the different Heads of Offices in DepED have been reviewed and finalized.
- Accordingly, all Orders, Memoranda and Circulars which were supposed to have been revoked by the issuance of said DepED Order are hereby reinstated and considered basis for signing authorities on administrative matters. Furthermore, in the exigency of the service, the Office Order dated October 2, 2006 is also hereby adopted as basis for signing authority of the Department with respect to financial matters.
- Immediate dissemination of and compliance with this Order is directed.
