1. To increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the Prequalification, Bids and Awards Committee (PBAC) given its new mandate per DECS Order No. 52, s. 1991, the Committee membership is further reconstituted as follows:
   1. Mr. Domingo C. Beltran – Vice-Chairman effective December 1991 who shall oversee the PBAC Secretariat.
   2. For the IMC representative to the PBAC, Mrs. Minerva de Jesus is replaced by the following officials effective January 14, 1992:
      Mr. Norman C. Cabangal – Technical/Specialist Member for Printing Paper, Printing Services, and Equipment
      Ms. Florinia Espiritu Santo – Technical/Specialist Member for Forwarding Services
2. Wide dissemination of this Order is enjoined.
