Authority of Dr. Estrella A. Babano as Education Attache in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
  1. In view of the appointment of Dr. Estrella A. Babano as Education Attache in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, concerned offices are hereby advised that she is authorized to take necessary actions on the following school documents for Philippine Schools Overseas in the country of her assignment:
  1. Sign Special Order and Diplomas for graduating students;
  2. Issue Permit to offer summer classes;
  3. Evaluate application documents of schools applying for permit to operate; and
  4. Issue Provisional Government Permit subject to confirmation upon ocular inspection of DepEd evaluation team.
  1. Immediate dissemination of and compliance with this Order is directed.
