Amendment to DECS Order No. 98, s. 1998 (Guidelines Governing PTAS And PTCAS on the School Level)

1. Due to the conflicting provisions of Paragraphs 4 and 5 of item B, “Organization of PTA and PTCA on the School Level,” Paragraph 4 is hereby amended to read as follows:
“4, Tenure of Office – the members of the board and the officers shall
Serve a term of one (1) year to coincide with the school year, and no PTA/PTCA officer shall serve more than two (2) consecutive terns. Incumbent members of the board or officers at the time of the promulgation of this Order shall continue to hold office until election of their successors”.
