1. To accelerate the development and implementation of programs of the National Educators Academy of the Philippines (NEAP) which is very much understaffed, DECS has identified some supervisors who have been trainors to be assigned at the NEAP for three months from October 15, 1396 to January 15, 1997.
2. These supervisors will conceptualize and develop programs in response to the assessed training needs in the regions, and develop training packages for specific programs for national implementation. It is expected that when they return, they will organize, a NEAP branch in their respective regions and serve as the core trainors. The organization of NEAP branches in the different regions is aimed at decentralizing initiatives in training.
3. Inclosed is the list of the identified supervisors. For the regions where specific persons have not been identified, the names of the recommends should be sent to the Chief, Staff Development Division, HRDS, DECS, Pasig City.
