1.   In order to meet the manpower needs of the city for graduates of the Four-Year Commerce, Four-Year Elementary Education, Four-Year Secondary Education and Four-Year Arts courses, the Tangub City College is hereby authorized to continue operating the aforementioned courses, until school year 1991-92.

2.   The DECS Region X Office is hereby instructed to supervise and regulate the offering of the courses to ensure quality instruction.

3.   This DECS Order shall have the effect of government recognition.

4.   It is desired that this Order be widely disseminated.
