1. It has come to the attention of this Office that requests for NETRC to administer the NEAT and NSAT are responded to even in the case of Philippine schools abroad which do not operate under a Permit or with Recognition from the Department.
2. Effective SY 1996-1997, only schools accredited by DECS shall be given the examinations in their locations upon requests. All requests shall be addressed to the Office of the Secretary (Attn.: Dr. Alberto P. Mendoza, Bureau of Secondary Education) for evaluation. Approved requests shall then be endorsed to NETRC for appropriate action.
3. Widest dissemination of this Order to all concerned is expected.
