- For the information and guidance of the field, at the reverse side hereof is Executive Order No. 343 entitled, Adopting the “Panunumpa ng Katapatan sa Watawat” as the official pledge of allegiance for all Filipinos.
- Pursuant to this Order, everybody is enjoined to learn the “Panunumpa ng Katapatan sa Watawat”, reflect upon its words, and take to heart the dedication of nationhood that the pledge contains.
- Compliance of all school officials, teachers, other personnel, pupils/students to this Order is enjoined.
- Immediate and wide dissemination of this Order is desired.
