1. His Excellency, President Fidel V, Ramos, at the 18th Cabinet Meeting on May 14, 1996, has instructed all the members of the Cabinet to encourage all their employees and constituents to sing the National Anthem when the same is played.
2. For this purpose, the use of tapes and choral groups is being discouraged as this tends to dissuade those present from singing.
3. The wide dissemination and strict compliance of the contents of this Order is enjoined.
