Establishing a Complaint/Grievance Committee with the Department of Education

- In line with the Revised Policies on the Settlement of Grievance in the Public Sector contained in CSC Resolution No. 010113, dated January 10, 2001 and implemented through CSC Memorandum Circular No. 02, s. 2001, the DepED-CO Grievance Machinery is hereby established, as follows:
Chair: Assistant Secretary Jesus G. Galvan
Members : Merlita A. Nolido – Chief, Curriculum Development Division, BEE
Sonia R. de Leon – Chief, Employees Welfare and Benefits Division
Atty. Domingo B. Alidon – President, Central Employees Union (CEU)
2nd Level Representative Oscar V. Paguntalan – Vice-President, CEU
1st Level Representative - Accordingly, all concerned shall establish their respective grievance machinery within their offices in accordance with the revised set of rules and procedures as provided in CSC Resolution No. 010113, dated January 10, 2001. Enclosed is the Departments’ Grievance Machinery.
