Amendment to DepEd Order No. 69, s. 2011 (Guidelines on Sustaining Special Education at the Elementary Level)

To: Regional Directors
Schools Division/City Superintendents
Heads, Public Elementary Schools

  1. DepEd Order No. 69, s. 2011 entitled Guidelines on Sustaining Special Education at the Elementary Level is amended by excluding Paragraph 4 as part of these guidelines.Hence, this paragraph is deleted:“Upon receipt of the subsidy funds from the DBM, the DepEd Budget Division, Finance and Management Service (FMS), Central Office shall immediately issue Sub-Allotment Release Orders (Sub-ARO) to the concerned schools division offices which will administer the implementation of the paragraph.”
  2. This paragraph contradicts with paragraph No. 2 of the said Order.
  3. Immediate dissemination of and strict compliance with this Order is directed.
