1. In line with the government’s policy on transparency and honesty in the service, all DECS officials are directed to refrain from going on trips abroad, specifically if these are funded by contractors/suppliers who transact business with this Department.
2. Such dealings/acts of concerned DECS officials regarding the abovementioned transactions must be reported to this office for immediate and proper action.
