Project CLEAR launched

To effectively implement the K to 12 Program, DepEd Caraga gears up to enhance the quality of its leadership and management through the launching of Project CLEAR on February 29, 2016 at the LJ Mega Convention Center, Butuan City.

Conceptualized, crafted and implemented through the leadership and collaboration of RD May B. Eclar and ARD Ramir B. Uytico, the project was considered to be the first of its kind in DepEd Region XIII.

Project CLEAR stands for Caraga Leadership Empowerment and Advancement for Reform. It aims to equip the Regional and Division leaders with the necessary skills and competence in the delivery of quality education for all.

Prior to its launching, a three day workshop was conducted on January 27-29, 2016, attended by the delegates from the 12 Divisions and other regional personnel.

This creative project shall be implemented all year round following its three-phased matrix, namely, the Planning, the Implementation, and the Monitoring evaluation phases. A series of workshops were already lined up for this project.

Rd Eclar articulated in her message that “clear” means pure, clean or perfect. She expects this project to be institutionalized throughout the region. “(This project) is a service that we give as payment for our rentals in staying on this earth,” she concludes.
