Congratulations to all the completers/graduates, the parents, the faculty and staff of the School!

Today marks another milestone in the journey through life of this young learners, when the windows of opportunities start to open and their dreams turn to realization. However, more than anything, this day is a manifestation of the strength of collaboration that was shared among all of you who took your respective roles, as parents, teachers, and members of the community. The support that each one put into the attainment of this end, shall contribute to a great extent, to the improvement of the quality of life, to the reduction of poverty and other socio-economic problems in the future. Hence, we do not only celebrate the promotion of these learners to a higher level of education, but we also celebrate the unified action that we shared.

Extravagant graduation rites do not guarantee the impact of this to the future of the learner, but it is the meaningful involvement of one’s family, school and community that matter. The thoughtful and committed efforts of all stakeholders and good relationships change lives, not the ostentatious display of resources that only satisfy the eyes, not the soul.

Remember then to sustain harmonious relationships, especially within the family. As Brent Harries exemplifies this when he said, “The beauty of collaboration between older and young generations is that we combine strength with wisdom-a surefire way to accomplish more for the glory of God.”
