Addendum to DECS Order No. 93, s. 1987 (Transfer of Authentication/Certification Functions of DECS Central Office to Regional Offices)

Vocational School Superintendents/Administrators1. Pursuant to DECS Order No. 93, s. 1987 on the transfer of authentication/certification of high school and college certificates, diplomas, transcripts of records, and other related school documents to the DECS regional offices, said function is hereby expanded, effective October 1, 1991, to include the translation of the aforementioned school documents at the elementary, secondary and tertiary levels.2. Immediate and extensive dissemination of this order is desired for the information and compliance of all concerned.
