Guidelines on the Implementation of the Regular School Building Program (RSBP)

- The Department of Education (DepEd) has issued the enclosed Guidelines on the Implementation of the Regular School Building Program (RSBP). The appropriations for the DepEd Regular School Building Program shall be allocated among all legislative districts following the criteria mandated under Republic Act (RA) No. 7880 entitled “Fair and Equitable Allocation of Department of Education, Culture and Sports (DECS) Budget for Capital Outlay” otherwise known as the “Roxas Law.”
