Addendum to DECS Order No. 17, s. 1997 (Adopting a Policy of Empowering School Principals)

  1. All complete elementary schools in the twenty-six (26) provinces identified as project provinces in the Third Elementary Education Project (TEEP) shall be included as pilot schools in the implementation of the policy of school principals empowerment to begin in School Year 1997-1998. These are:
