1. It is a desire of this Office to make Baguio Teachers Camp a facility that will provide not only comfortable bed and board services but also modern conference and convention services. This is in line with the thrust of DECS to manage a Human Resource Development System that will provide opportunities for professional growth and development for all teaching, nonteaching and administrative support staff.
2. A masterplan to modernize Baguio Teachers Camp shall be prepared to include a financial plan which shall use the revolving funds of Baguio Teachers Camp derived from rentals for the use of buildings and facilities, board and lodging and other resources. An accounting of the use of the revolving funds for the past five (5) years shall be attached to the masterplan to serve as a basis for projections and estimates.
3. Assistant Secretary Rene A. Capinpin is designated supervising official in behalf of the Secretary over Baguio Teachers Camp.
