1. In Consonance with the effort of the national government to inculcate to all the citizens of the Republic of the Philippines a strong sense of nationalism and respect for the law and the Philippine Constitution, all schools both public and private in all levels are enjoined to recite the Oath of allegiance to the Constitution during flag ceremonies in addition to the Panatang Makabayan. The “Panunumpa sa Saligang-Batas” is reproduced at the back.
2. Immediate dissemination of and compliance to this Order is desired.
