1. The inclosed Memorandum of Agreement on the implementation of PD 907 (Granting Civil Service Eligibility to College Honor Graduates), as amended, entered into by and between the Civil Service Commission (CSC) and the Department of Education, Culture and Sports (DECS) revises the 1977 Memorandum of Agreement between the two government agencies.
2. For purposes of uniformity in complying with Section 2 of the inclosed revised MOA, with three forms attached (DECS Forms PD 907 1, 2 and 3) for the use of colleges/universities and the DECS regional offices. Accomplished DECS Forms PD 907-2 and 3 shall be submitted in duplicate by the institution to the DECS regional office concerned which in turn shall transmit one copy to the CSC regional office and retain the other copy for its own records.
3. In addition to those two forms each college/university shall immediately submit to the CSC regional office concerned, copy furnished the DECS regional office concerned, a description of its scheme of selecting honor graduates.
4. Immediate compliance with this Order is enjoined.
