Authority of Regional Directors to Approve Payments and Sign Checks for the Implementation of the Free Public Secondary Education Act of CY 1998

To: Regional Directors
Schools Superintendents

  1. In the interest of the service, regional directors are hereby authorized to approve payments and sign checks not exceeding One Million Pesos (P1,000,000.00) to facilitate implementation of the Free Public Secondary Education Act of CY 1988.
  2. It is understood that this authority is applicable to Free Public Secondary Education funds only, subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.
