1. Pursuant to the mandate of the Technical Panel for Engineering Education (TPEE) to upgrade the quality of engineering programs in the country and in consideration of the deteriorating state of Geodetic Engineering education and practice, as well as the need to cope with the rapid advancement in the science and technology of geodesy and photogrammetry, a technical committee is hereby created to review and upgrade the policies and standards for the Bachelor of Science in Geodetic Engineering Program.
2. With the consent of the various agencies concerned, the committee shall be composed of representatives from the Professional Regulation Commission, Department of Agrarian Reform, Department of Environment and Natural Resources, Geodetic Engineers of the Philippines, Bureau of Higher Education, the Academe, the Industry and other experts as may be recommended by the TPEE.
3. The honoraria of the Committee members and other expenditures in connection with the undertaking shall be drawn from the TPEE funds.
4. The Technical Committee shall be constituted and convened effective immediately.
