1. For the information of all concerned, the proposed reference service fees and charges contained in request of the Records Management and Archives Office dated June 1, 1989 is hereby approved as recommended.
2. The increased fees and charges are as follows:
   1. Service fees on reproduced copies of original documents:
      (1) Certified true copy (birth, marriage, death) with certification of correctness 10.00
      (2) Certificate of non-availability of document with certification of correctness 10.00
      (3) Reproduced copy per page 1.50
      (4) Photo privilege fee per page (applied only with certification of correctness) 2.00
      (5) Certification of correctness per document reproduced 3.00
   2. Charge for user of historical records by academic researchers:
      (1) Research fee per year 50.00
      (2) Fee per walk-in-researcher/topic 10.00
3. The collection of the proposed fees shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication, once a week for two consecutive weeks, in two newspapers or general circulation in the Philippines.
4. The new schedule of fees and charges shall likewise be posted in big bold characters/letters in a conspicuous place in that office.
