At the Regional Office Level,
all Regional Directors with
volunteer ALS-EST schools shall
organize a Regional ALS-EST team
headed by the RD , and with
designated members from the
Curriculum and Learning
Management Division (CLMD),
Field Technical Assistance
Division (FTAD), Human Resource
Division (HRD), and Quality
Assurance Division (QAD). The
composition is meant to provide
an integrated approach at the
regional level to ensure that
the CO ALS-EST PMT is provided
feedback from different project
management disciplines.
At the level of the Schools
Division Offices, a PMT will
also be created to serve as
linkage from the CO, in order to
provide effective coordination
and implementation, reporting
and feedback mechanism, and
accountability. This structure
will facilitate shared
awareness, understanding and
appreciation among the various
policy makers, coordinators, and
implementers of the ALS-EST
program.
