The ALS-EST
Learning Center prototype was designed to
make a conducive learning environment for
the learners. It is equipped with tools and
equipment for the delivery of both academic
competencies and technical skills. The
Learning Center prototype was developed with
support from the Australian Government
through BEST Program, and Philippine
Business for Social Progress (PBSP).

and mini-library
TVL Room
with stock room and wash facility
Faculty Room
Childcare Area with breastfeeding space
Two PWD-friendly toilets with diaper
changing facility
