Director IV for External Partnerships Service and International Cooperation Office for 8 years and a half. With her leaderships she was able to lead the team in the development of policies and guidelines for partnership engagements. The Manual for Partnerships, the Deped Portal for Partnerships and the DPDS are just among the few. For the ICO, with her initiatives she was able to have Deped in the UNESCO Executive Committee and to the SDG Steering Committee. She was the Asia Pacific representative at the International Task Force for Teacher Education together with Indonesia from 2022 to 2023. She was elected chair at the SEAMEO CELL Center based in Vietnam from 2016-2018.

Dir Marge also a member of the Committee of the Philippine Qualifications Framework (PQF) and the AQRF from CHED to Deped.

Currently, she’s now the Director IV at the Office of the Undersecretary for Human Resource and Organizational Development and assigned at the National Educators Academy handling teacher training programs, Professional Development and Partnerships among Higher Education Institutions
