Dir. Mario Mendoza Bermudez is a former Assistant Schools Division Superintendent of the Department of Education and has recently been appointed as an addition to the Management Committee of the Department as a Director Ill of the Bureau of Human Resource and Organizational Development.

As a dynamic public servant and an educator, he rose from the ranks due to years of excellence and myriad contributions across the field of education.

His academic record reflects his stand on the importance of education. He finished his post-graduate programs including a Doctorate Degree in Management, Major in Human Resource Management at the Notre Dame of Dadiangas University in 2022 and Public Management and Development Program at the Development Academy of the Philippines (DAP) in 2022 in
which he completed with Academic Honors.

His pursuit to excellence led him to graduate with a Master’s Degree, Master of Arts in Education, Major in Mathematics in Notre Dame of Dadiangas University.

Upon obtaining multiple academic degrees, he gained strong theoretical foundations which served as guiding principles in the practice of his profession through spearheading vision, development, execution and enabling organizational development systems and policies.
