In its continuing commitment to deliver quality and relevant education for Filipino learners, the Department of Education (DepEd) conducted the 2nd National K to 12 Conference at the PICC last January 10-11, 2017. Anchored on the theme, “One DepEd for Quality Basic Education,” the two-day conference gathered education officials, school administrators, curriculum specialists, academics, teachers and education stakeholders who shared with one another the best and most successful implementation practices of the K to 12 Program which is mandated by Republic Act 10533 otherwise known as “Basic Education Act of 2013.”
