Instructional Leadership Training (ILT): Strengthening Learning Conditions for Early Literacy Program (ILT)

The “Instructional Leadership Training (ILT): Strengthening Learning Conditions for Early Literacy”, is a training program specially designed for school heads and supervisors. The training focuses on developing literacy leaders who can foster a positive school climate and conditions such as social and emotional learning (SEL), gender equity and social inclusion (GESI), and developmentally appropriate practices to support quality literacy instruction. After the training, participants are expected to develop a project initiative plan using instructional supervision practices grounded on a favorable climate to improve literacy in the early grades.
