BECOMING AN AUTHORIZED LEARNING SERVICE PROVIDER

Non-DepEd entities seeking to offer professional development programs and/or courses for teachers and school leaders are required to first secure Authorization from NEAP as Learning Service Provider before they may submit proposals for evaluation and Recognition.

All DepEd Central Office Bureaus, Services and Units, Regional Offices, and Schools Division Offices are automatically Authorized as Learning Service Providers.

Application Steps

To be an Authorized Learning Service Provider, the following steps must be undertaken:

Register

Register for a mandatory orientation briefing which will help you prepare your submission.

Download

Download the Learning Service Provider Authorization Application Form.

Read

Read the Operational Guidelines for Potential Learning Service Provider.

Call

Call the NEAP Secretariat at +63 2 8633 7207 or send an e-mail to askneap@deped.gov.ph for questions before submitting the application.

Before submitting the application, make sure to meet the following items:

- have attended a mandatory orientation briefing;

- have met the requirements of a bonafide provider; and

- have gathered required documents.


Submission of the Learning Service Provider Application Form together with the required documents must be done via an online link. Only PDF file types will be accepted.

What happens next?

- The Application will be checked by the NEAP Secretariat. Acknowledgement letter will be sent to the applicant.

- NEAP Authorization Evaluation Commitee will evaluate the application.

- NEAP Secretariat will inform the applicant of the result of the application.

- Successful applicants will become Authorized Learning Service Providers and shall receive a letter with corresponding authorization number. Authorized Learning Service Providers are allowed to submit proposals for professional development for recognition of NEAP.
